 Job Description:

The Business Analyst for IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) Application Integration is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring effective IGA solutions to streamline and enhance business processes. This includes the integration of new or existing applications into the IGA system, evaluating their effectiveness, and creating or updating processes accordingly.

Responsibilities:

  • Process Design and Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, process gaps, and design effective IGA solutions.
  • IGA Application Integration: Develop and implement strategies for integrating new and existing applications into the IGA system, ensuring seamless and efficient system operations.
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of integrated applications to ensure optimal performance. Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the integration process.
  • User Training: Develop and deliver training to system users to ensure they can effectively leverage the IGA system and integrated applications.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Document all processes, modifications, and integrations for future reference and audit purposes. Regularly report on integration project statuses, issues, and resolutions.
  • Change Management: Assist in managing changes and system upgrades, ensuring minimal impact on users and business operations.

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the field of IGA or a related area.
  • Strong knowledge of IGA systems, application integration, and business process modeling.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovative and efficient solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to a variety of audiences.
  • Project management experience would be advantageous.
