Entry-Level IGA Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking an Entry-Level Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a foundational understanding of identity and access management concepts, with a keen interest in IGA. This role will provide a valuable opportunity to learn and grow within the IGA field, gaining hands-on experience with industry-leading IGA tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IGA solutions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to understand and meet business requirements.
  • Help to manage the application’s users, roles, and access privileges.
  • Participate in access review processes to ensure compliance with corporate security policies.
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues within the IGA platform as needed.
  • Work with senior team members to develop technical specifications and design documents.
  • Assist with integration of other enterprise systems using standard protocols.
  • Conduct system testing to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Document processes and maintain system change logs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the IGA field.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of identity and access management principles.
  • Familiarity with IGA platforms (like Saviynt, SailPoint, Oracle OIM) is a plus.
  • Understanding of common networking protocols and services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Internship or project experience in identity and access management or IGA.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (such as JavaScript, PowerShell) can be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
